Cancer prevention is a way to lower the possibility of getting cancer. There has been a continuous rise in cancer cases in India in the last decade, and it is believed to continue. In expansion to the physical issues, the fear of pain and doubt caused by cancerhas multiplied, the high expenses of care are also a burden to patients, their relatives, and the public. Protect yourself from the sun

Skin cancer is one of the most familiar kinds of cancer and can be stopped with proper preventive steps.

Don’t go in the mid-day sun

Stay away from the sun between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m., when the sun’s beams are most powerful.

Stay in the shadow

When you’re outdoors, stay in the shade as much as feasible. Using sunglasses is recommended and a broad-brimmed hat benefit, too.

Cover exposed areas

Wear loose-fitting clothes and can cover as much of your skin as possible. Choosing bright or dark color clothing can help reflect more ultraviolet radiation.

Sunscreen usage

The sunscreen with an SPF of at least 30, should be used and reapplied every two hours or more if you’re swimming or sweating.
