About Dr. Shashank Chauhan

After getting a PG degree in emergency medicine from George Washington University US, he has been leading the emergency department of reputed hospitals like Kokilaben Hospital Mumbai and Medanta the Medicity Hospital Gurgaon for several years.

He has also worked in premier institutes like AIIMS New Delhi he has the best experience in managing emergency and Critical Care cases and has actively air-evacuated a large number of critical patients from all over India and abroad.

He has been awarded Atal Swasthya Samman by the honorable speaker of the parliament Mr. Om Birla and the director of AIIMS New Delhi Dr. Guleria for his distinguished Services in the field of emergency medicine for the last 2 years. He has been heading Ujala Hospital Kashipur as medical director.

His vision is to upgrade the emergency services in tier 2 and tier 3 cities of Uttarakhand.
