Sameer Sharma is a graduate in Bachelor’s of Commerce from Delhi University and Member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India Since May 2003. He has extensive experience in formulating and implementing Accounting & Policies/Procedures, Facilitating Audits, Due Diligence, Fund Management and Strategic Planning.Prior to joining Ujala Cygnus he was working as CFO with Medeor Hospitals Limited. He has worked with Panacea Biotec Limited, Genpact India, Fortis Healthcare Ltd., Max Healthcare Ltd. and Oncquest Laboratories Ltd. in various roles in Finance & accounts.

Dr. Jasjit Singh

Vice President – Operations and Quality

Dr Jasjit Singh is a young and dynamic management leader. After completing his graduation he did his Master of Business Administration in Healthcare from Chitkara University in collaboration with Fortis Healthcare. He is also the NABH internal assessor for Hospitals. Apart from this he has also performed as a team leader in Cygnus Medicare Pvt. Ltd. Standford Seed Transformation Program. Under his Dynamic Leadership, many hospitals of Ujala Cygnus got the NABH, and he also worked as Director Admin of Cygnus Super Speciality Hospital Kaithal and PAN Ujala Cygnus Quality head. From the inception of Cygnus Super Speciality Hospital Kaithal he was taking care of this hospital and this hospital got many district level and national level awards. Cygnus Superspeciality hospital kaithal was the 1st hospital in haryana got empanment under ayushman bharat and also the 1st hospital in haryana and 2nd in India got the GOLD certification from NHA and QCI. He also worked as head of medical services at TATA MEMORIAL CENTRE, PUNJAB which is a centre govt hospital under the department of atomic energy and Prime Minister office.

Now he is the VICE PRESIDENT – OPERATIONS AND QUALITY at ujala cygnus corporate office. He will be focusing on Quality and Operations for PAN ujala cygnus hospitals

Kripal Singh Negi

Kripal is a techie with more than 12 years of Healthcare IT domain experience, implementing projects and leading technical team.
He has expertise in analysis, implementation, IT project management, integration, ITGC and administration of HealthCare IT (HIS/EMR/EHR/RIS/PACS/Dicom Migration/Virtualization/Active Directory & Disaster Recovery/ERP-Business Central 365).
