ToggleTechnological advancement has made the healthcare industry more efficient in the recent past. An endoscope camera is a key piece of equipment in gastroenterology. These cameras are used to visualize diagnostic procedures and surgeries on a large screen such as a computer screen or a TV screen. It also allows recording videos and capturing images.
is one such endoscopic camera. Let’s take a look at its features. It is a high-definition camera that has the remarkable feature of having nine distinguished special camera settings which can be used during surgery. It has been designed to display well-defined images through five different modes, which include ENV, IRIS, DESAT, DRE, and Clarity.
The 1588 endoscope camera system is coupled with a camera head and camera control unit also known as CCU. The camera head is made with a distinctive cable that connects it to the CCU. This camera is sensitive to a spectrum of light (visible and infrared). The scopes attached to the camera head visualizes the image and give well-defined and clear output.
The LED light source is responsible for well-illuminated imagery and enables real-time visibility while doing an endoscopy. The imaging also carries infrared fluorescent traits due to the LED light source. The Endoscope camera allows medical professionals to visualize the anatomy of the inside of the body without incisions.
This equipment has been devised with an advanced visualization system built into it, to minimize color saturation as desired in the final image. It is designed to illuminate the surgical visuals so that it enhances exposure even inside deep cavities.
Most of the time you can go home on the same day. Any incisions will be closed after the procedure and will be given instructions on how to take care of your wounds all by yourself.
