Ujala Cygnus Healthcare Services wins SKOCH Award 2026 for its innovative community healthcare initiative, “Continuum of Care – The Sehat Chaupal Model.” The recognition highlights the organisation's commitment to strengthening healthcare access and improving health outcomes in underserved communities through a sustainable and patient-centric approach.

The SKOCH Award is regarded as one of India’s highest independent honours, recognising outstanding contributions to governance, social development, and inclusive growth. The award follows a rigorous, outcome-based evaluation process conducted by the SKOCH Group.

The award will be presented during the 108th SKOCH Summit, themed “Regulatory Framework for Viksit Bharat,” scheduled to be held on 20 June 2026 at the PHD Chamber of Commerce and Industry, New Delhi.

The Sehat Chaupal Model has been designed to bridge healthcare gaps by bringing preventive healthcare services, health awareness, early screening, and specialist consultations closer to communities. The initiative focuses on creating a continuum of care that connects community outreach with timely diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up care, particularly in Tier-II and Tier-III cities and rural areas.
