With close to 3 decades of leadership experience across healthcare and IT, Nitin brings a unique blend of operational acumen and strategic depth. He has held senior roles at Cloudnine Hospitals, Manipal Ankur, Tech Mahindra, and MphasiS, leading diverse teams across India, UK, USA, Sri Lanka, Nigeria, and Malaysia. Backed by General Atlantic and the Amar Ujala Group, Ujala Cygnus (post partnership with Amandeep Hospitals) now operates 28 hospitals with 2,800 beds serving Tier-II and Tier-III cities across Uttar Pradesh, Punjab, J&K, Uttarakhand and Haryana. It is dedicated to delivering high quality care to underserved communities and expanding access across North India.

As the network expands, Nitin will play a key role in scaling our mission - empowering doctors and care teams to deliver world-class care in Tier-II and Tier-III markets.
