    Worst service... Their staff takes so much time to do anything... And we have to go and tell them to call a doctor... Nothing is systematic here... This hospital only takes money... Worst hospital ever...

    We brought my grandfather here at 2 AM and the doctors seem to be good, but the staff is absolutely terrible. They have no hygiene standards and no manners when talking to patients’ attendants. There was a rat roaming around inside the ICU, which is completely unacceptable. In the semi-private room, three patients are placed with barely one foot of space between them. The facilities are even worse than those in a government hospital. The people handling marketing make false promises about the facilities and services. Overall, the facilities and staff are extremely poor. I strongly advise people to avoid this hospital.

    Very disappointing experience. There was no electricity in the hospital for almost one hour. For a private hospital, this is completely unacceptable. Patients and their families faced unnecessary inconvenience, and the hospital should have a reliable power backup system to ensure uninterrupted medical services.

    I was admitted here. However the staff is so bad and uncooperative. The billing here is so slow and unresponsive that patient himself have to go down to basement again and again. Additionally, they even charge you Rs.700 for medical even when the doctor has already said patient need bed rest. If I talk about about environment, the lift does not work and the mosquitoes are soo much that even talking to staff and doctors, they will just tell ok and ignore your request. I will not ever again coming to this hospital...I will tell all of my contacts to not go in this hospital.

    I had a very disappointing experience at Sonia Hospital during my growth scan appointment. The ultrasound report contained incorrect findings, and even my LMP was recorded incorrectly despite providing the correct details. Such errors in an obstetric scan can lead to unnecessary confusion and anxiety. Additionally, the reception staff appeared inadequately trained and were unable to provide proper information regarding the tests and procedures. This resulted in significant inconvenience, delays, and frustration for us. I request the hospital management to investigate this matter, review the accuracy of the scan report, and ensure that staff are properly trained to handle patient queries and records accurately.

    Faculty is poor worst i have ever seen…. Poor patient handling and unprofessional behavior. We brought a diabetic patient for treatment. When the patient regained consciousness and expressed a desire to go home, the doctor rudely said, "Darwaze khule hain, chale jao." In high tone with Very disappointing attitude. Doctors should treat patients and attendants with respect and empathy. Such behavior towards patients and their families is unacceptable, especially in a healthcare setting where compassion and respectful communication are expected. The staff's attitude needs significant improvement.

    Very disappointing experience at Sonia Hospital, Delhi. We visited for my mother’s wrist fracture, expecting proper treatment and clear guidance. Despite paying the fees, the service felt careless and unprofessional. There was no proper explanation of her condition or recovery process. Even after the treatment, my mother’s wrist is still not healed properly — her hand remains bent and she is struggling. When we raised concerns and asked questions, we were told, in a very dismissive manner, words to the effect of: “The bone where it was broken has joined, what can I do now?” Is this how patients are supposed to be treated after trusting a hospital with their loved one’s health? Where is the accountability? Hospitals earn reputation through patient care, not just consultation fees. Please think carefully before choosing this hospital. You deserve respect, proper answers, and responsible treatment — especially when it comes to your family.
